SSRA Party Policy

• Parties may only be scheduled and hosted by pool members and end by 10:00pm.

• Parties may last up to 3 hours.

• Please submit all party paperwork TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE, so that the appropriate amount of staff can be scheduled to accommodate the number of guests in attendance. This should include your $25 member non-refundable party fee.

• If specific accommodations are required (such as table setup, gas grill, etc.), please note this on your reservation form.

• During regular business hours at the pool (Sunday 1-8 PM, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday 12-8 PM, Tuesday/Friday 12-10 PM), we cannot close the pool to our members unless the party totals 100 persons or more.

• If you would like a small, private party (meaning under 100 persons), it can be booked BEFORE or AFTER our regular business hours with a fee of $50 an hour for two lifeguards and $75 an hour (parties of 40 or more) for three lifeguards.

• If special needs (such as setup before hours, foodservice, pig roasting, etc.) are required for a party, please contact the pool at (717)-687-9180 or strasburg.pool@gmail.com.
